Our first VHVtv program filmed in the Media Center studio in Palo Alto on February 25, 2020 features Guest Hosts Amy Dickinson Campbell and Eric Campbell as they tell their story, Tales of the Veteran Advocate.
They are dual military. Amy is a Navy veteran, and her husband Eric is a Marine Corps veteran. They discuss their disabilities and what happened to them during their military experience. They are involved and volunteer in Veteran Service Organizations like AMVETS and the American Legion and tell how they assist veterans in filing for VA Service Connected Disability ratings. Amy says this is their way of paying back to other veterans in need.
